Explore over 2,000 verified towers across 13 major cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sialkot, Gujranwala, Abbottabad, and Bahawalpur. Browse detailed information like height, floors, year built, location, history, unique features, slogans, and request to buy or rent apartments, offices, shops, or other spaces. By accessing or using our website Towers.pk , you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Towers.pk is operated by Buildings.pk & Marketings Hub pvt ltd Pakistan.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site or submit content. We do not knowingly allow users under 13.

2. Tower Submissions & Listings

  • Developers, builders, or authorized persons can submit tower details for free via our front-end form.
  • All submissions must be accurate, complete, and truthful. We verify with developers before listing.
  • We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion.
  • By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display and promote your tower information.

3. Use of the Site

  • You may browse, search, compare towers, read our blog, and submit property buy/rent requests.
  • All information is for general informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, pricing, or legitimacy of any tower or property.
  • Property requests are passed to developers/builders; we act only as an intermediary and are not involved in transactions.

4. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or unverified tower/project information
  • Post spam, hate speech, threats, or illegal content
  • Attempt to manipulate ads, click your own ads, or generate invalid traffic
  • Hack, scrape, or interfere with the Site

5. Advertising

We may display third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense. You agree not to engage in invalid ad activity (click fraud, bots, etc.) as per Google AdSense Program Policies. Ads may use cookies for personalization—see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Towers.pk (tower data, blog articles, design, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Site, inaccuracies in listings, failed property deals, or third-party ads.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed PKR 1,000.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Islamabad.
